State college tuition has become a heavy burden on many New Jersey families. We will change the structure of the system. Entry into college will continue to be based on hard work and grades.
But tuition will take two routes. If your family can afford to pay tuition, that's great. If they can not afford the tuition, you’ll still be able to get your degree, without a heavy loan burden.
Students will be able to repay their educational loans according to their real post-graduate incomes without interest. This way we preserve the quality of education, while protecting students who can benefit professionally without drowning in debt.
